We guarantee your satisfaction.

All faulty items are guaranteed under the relevant manufacturer’s warrantee. All faulty items are returned to the manufacture for assessment. See below for the different manufacturer’s guarantees:

Rukka: Rukka gives a full guarantee for five years (two years for underwear, accessories and AirVantage products) from the date of purchase against faults in material or workmanship. In such cases Rukka will either repair the garment or replace it. The guarantee does not cover misuse, faulty care or faults caused by normal wear and tear. Save your sales receipt - the date of purchase and point of sale printed on it are required to claim the guarantee. Rukka provide replacement garment to the customer whilst theirs is assessed, so you are never left without one.

Alpinestars: PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Motorcycling is an inherently dangerous activity, which may result in personal injury and/or death. Alpinestars’ products are designed to offer superior riding comfort and performance and while all motorcycle riders should wear appropriate protective equipment, no product can offer complete protection from injury or damage to individuals and property in case of fall, collision, impact, loss of control or otherwise. Each individual rider should be familiar with the sport of motorcycling, recognize the wide range of foreseeable hazards and decide whether to assume the risks inherent in such activity. MOTORCYCLE RIDERS MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH THE CAPABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS OF THE MOTORCYCLE AND THE EQUIPMENT THEY ARE USING. Alpinestars disclaims any responsibility for injuries incurred while wearing any of its products. Alpinestars makes no guarantees or representations express or implied, regarding the fitness of its products for any particular purpose, further Alpinestars makes no guarantees or representations express or implied, regarding the extent to which its products protect individuals or property from injury or death or damage

Returns

Hideout Leather must be informed immediately upon receipt of goods if they arrive damaged. Unused merchandise, in its original packaging may be returned within 21 days of receipt. A levy of 30% will be charged for goods not returned in their original packaging.

Goods that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, in which case they will be covered by the manufacturer warranty.

All refunds must be supported by the original sales documents.

Goods returned from outside the EC must be clearly marked “MAIL ORDER GOODS FOR EXCHANGE _ NO DUTY” on the packaging.

Proof of posting is not proof of receipt – please use a suitable insured courier – the goods belong to you until we receive them. Please do not send back without contact details and your instructions.

We won't charge postage for replacement items, but we aren't able to refund your return postage charges, unless arranged, or if the return is because of an error by Hideout Leather.

We will credit your account on receipt of goods.
