Crash proof

Made from the highest-grade motorcycle leather, thickness of 1.4 � 1.6, it is supple yet super strong
All impact areas have layers of highly abrasive resistant kevlar under the leather together with high performance body armour, making this one of the meanest and toughest jackets on the market
Both the jacket and the armour exceed the requirements for the High Performance CE standard.
Provision for a fixed CE back protector, which is £49.99.
Extra protective padding to front chest and lower back

Climate

Optional Perforated leather at front for ventilation £25 - £45 extra
An airtex lining, which is breathable and hard wearing
A removable thermal waistcoat is available to order at £45

Comfort

Comfort Stretch panels in the arms are made from one layer of keprotec and one layer of kevlar. This is for optimum abrasion resistance and also allows some ventilation.
Jacket is Cut for sports riding positions
Soft armour for comfort but high impact absorption
20” heavy duty zip at waist to attach to racing jeans.

Design

Xtreme jacket available in Black/ red/silver, black/blue/silver, black/yellow/silver, black/graphite/silver, black/silver/silver.
A further choice of over 21 colours is available to order, with any further artwork and lettering (price on application)

"I've hade my made to measure two piece touring trousers and classic 'lancer' jacket for 2 months now and have to admit made to measure is worth the extra cost.

Although my knuckles dont quite scrape the floor, I apparently have a long body! Kate, Pete and Sandra, after doing her famous soft armour drop test demo, persuaded me to have a fitting. Three visits, and lots of humourous advice from Pete later, my Hideout suit was ready, four weeks from first fitting.

Hideout offer total choice of arm length, Kevlar or double leather on sensitive areas, in fact a bespoke service with the best quality leather and other materials, for a modest increase in what you would pay for off the peg Italian 'Designer' kit.

It is reasuringly heavy, but the weight dissapears when wearing, and is so comfortable you can forget you're wearing it. Even the optional jacket back protector is unobtrusive.

Leathers made this well, looked after, will last decades, so sorry Pete, I probably won't be buying another one!"
