Crash proof

Made from the highest-grade motorcycle leather, thickness of 1.4 � 1.6, it is supple yet super strong
All impact areas have layers of highly abrasive resistant kevlar under the leather together with high performance body armour, making this one of the meanest and toughest sets of jeans on the market
Both the jeans and the armour exceed the requirements for the High Performance CE standard.
Provision for a fixed CE coccyx protector at £24.99.
Optional knee slider Velcro.

Climate

Optional Perforated leather at front for ventilation £25 - £45 extra
A Removable airtex lining in jeans, which is breathable and hard wearing.
Jeans come with no external pockets however they are optional at £25 each.

Comfort

Comfort Stretch panels in the crotch and back leg are made from one layer of keprotec and one layer of kevlar. This is for optimum abrasion resistance and also allows some ventilation.
Jeans Cut for sport riding positions
Soft armour for comfort but high impact absorption
20” heavy duty zip at waist to match to Racing or Tourer Jacket

Black - Please note they come as standard with a plain back leg no lettering.

Track Days

"In the spring of this year I bought a 2-piece made to measure suit as I was doing more trackdays and I didn't feel my Dainese suit was up to it. I crashed at over 80mph a month ago at Snetterton, the suit was intact bar 1 tiny hole in the surface of the keprotec. My Helmet & gloves were trashed.

Earlier on the same day I saw a similar crash to mine at 40 mph and the guy's suit was not good after, not only that but as he was with mates he stayed all day, and 3 hrs later he could barely move -due to the poor/non-existent hip armour! I had NO ill effects (other than pride!) at all.

Another trackday a week ago (Brands)a lad highsided & the suit fell apart at the seams - and it was not a "cheap" suit. I can testify personally to the quality of Kate & co's work, and while originally it was not cheap, the suit is repaired not scrapped, and I have had no time away from work due to injury! That is something most people do not factor into the price of a suit..."
